Find the ideal candidates to join your team by posting open positions in the Delaware SHRM Career Center. Delaware SHRM members may post job openings for 60 days at no cost. The Career Center is also a valuable resource to find your next career opportunity.
About Delaware SHRM
Since 1974, Delaware SHRM has provided members with professional development, resources, tools, relevant and comprehensive information, education, legislative updates, leadership development and peer networking to enable members to make informed decisions, stimulate professional growth and enhance workplace contributions.
Over 200 HR professionals, representing large and small companies in all industries, as well as individuals providing products and services to the human resources community belong to Delaware SHRM. By contributing to the professional development of our HR community, we can positively impact the strength of HR leadership in Delaware organizations helping to make Delaware a place organizations want to grow a business.
Please note our annual memberships period is from January 1 - December 31.
Membership Options
General Membership $75.00
Individuals engaged in HR; individuals with HR Certification; full-time consultants involved in HR services; or any individual who meets the definition of the professional or general membership as stated by SHRM. In-Transition Memberships are available (see below).
National Chapter Membership $50.00
Individuals who meet the criteria of General Member and are a current National member. You must provide your SHRM National Membership number.
Student Membership $10.00
Individuals who are full-time students in an HR-related discipline and preferably, are members of a student chapter affiliated with SHRM (if one exists). Student membership is designed for individuals exploring HR and preparing to enter the profession. All Student Members are encouraged to maintain membership in SHRM. In-Transition Membership
The Delaware SHRM Chapter provides active members who are unemployed at the time of the membership renewal a one-time opportunity to extend their membership for up to one year—at no cost! SHRM believes this continued affiliation to our loyal members will help transitioning members stay current on the issues impacting the HR profession and provide them with the needed resources to assist them in their job search. Corporate Membership
